Agency Owner
Rachel West has been with Farmers Insurance for 14 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping clients find the best coverage for their needs. In January of 2023 she took over the agency with continuing to offer one-on-one service and insurance understanding. Rachel loves helping her clients and their families secure not only Auto, Home, and Commercial, but Life Insurance and planning for their retirement needs.
Christina Sherwood

Christina has been managing the Rachel West Agency for over three years and has four years with Farmers Insurance. She excels in customer service. Christina reviews policies renewing within the agency to keep our clients up to date and maintain accurate understanding of all their coverages. She is also top notch in helping local businesses with Commercial Liability, Property, Auto, and Workman's Comp Insurance.

Agency Producer
Elizabeth has been with the agency for over a year and helps with all the marketing and local events in the area. She is an ambassador with the local Chamber of Commerce representing the Rachel West Agency. She helps clients moving to our agency understand all their coverages for Auto, Home, and Specialty products, and goes over any potential saving and discount opportunities.
